T&Cs – Now delivering

We’re so chuffed to be able to safely deliver cars to our customers again, we’re removing the processing fee (usually £199) on everything we have in stock (listed below). It’s taking a little longer to deliver as there’s more to do to make sure it’s safe, so you can expect delivery by the end of August. If for any reason it’s going to be longer than that, we’ll be in touch to let you know as soon as we can.

Terms and conditions

  • These apply to any orders placed for the cars listed above between 10am 21 May 2020 to 2pm 31 July 2020.
  • All of our in stock cars are already registered and stored within the UK and we will endeavour to deliver your car as soon as a delivery slot is available.
  • You can read more about how we’re delivering safely, here.
  • We reserve the right to withdraw any of our cars listed above at any time.
  • We have limited stock of the cars listed above and therefore your order is subject to availability.
  • If for some reason you wish to cancel your order you can do so by emailing us at hello@zen.auto up to 24 hours before the notified delivery time.
  • There is no processing fee (usually £199) on the cars listed above. You will need to initially place your order on 0113 537 2003 and quote the code ‘Delivery Now’ and we will remove the processing fee of £199. You can then order online.
  • All our normal T and C’s and exclusions apply.
